OrchstackAI provides an AI intelligence website and waitlist for informational purposes. By accessing or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the platform, its infrastructure, or other users.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or resell the service without prior written permission.
Waitlist and communications
If you submit your email address to join the waitlist, you agree to provide accurate information and you authorize OrchstackAI to send you launch updates, product announcements, and related service communications.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, availability, pricing, launch timing, or any specific feature set. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
Content and disclaimers
OrchstackAI aggregates information from third-party sources and may include machine-assisted summaries. We aim for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Nothing on the service should be treated as legal, financial, or investment advice.
Intellectual property
The OrchstackAI name, brand presentation, software, and original editorial content remain the property of OrchstackAI or its licensors.
Third-party names, marks, and source material remain the property of their respective owners.
Changes, suspension, and contact
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of OrchstackAI, including these Terms of Service, at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the effective date.
